1. Admission Form: Duly filled Admission Form must be submitted at the time of admission.
2. Conveyance/Transport Form (Optional): In case Parents' want to avail the conveyance facility, they have to submit the conveyance/transport form.
3. Birth Certificate: A copy of the child's birth certificate as proof of age.
4. Residence Proof: Documents like a utility bill or rental agreement to establish the parent's/child's residence in the school's catchment area.
5. Passport-sized Photographs: Two recent passport-sized photographs of the child.
6. Transfer certificate: Transfer certificate is compulsory for admission in class 2 onwards. Transfer certificate is not required for admission in class 1.
7. Medical Detail Form: A Medical Detail Form provided by the school duly filled by a registered medical practitioner confirming the child's general health and fitness.
8. Parents' Identity Proof: Copies of the parents' Aadhar card (both father and mother).
9. Child's Aadhar Card: Copy of child's Aadhar Card (Optional). If you have made the Aadhar card of your child, then you must submit it along with the other documents at the time of admission.
10. Caste Certificate (if applicable): In the case of OBC, SC, and ST, a caste certificate may be needed.
